The Pet Food Express ‘Pet Professional’ discount program
("Program") is open to California residents of at least 18
years of age, who provide and maintain a working email address and
who register a unique 10-digit member ID found on an applicable
membership card issued by a Pet Food Express registered community
pet-centric businesses. By joining the Program, you represent that
you are at least 18 years of age, and by using this Program, you
agree to the rules of the Program. If you are between 18 and the age
of majority (18 or 19 years old, depending on where you live), you
agree that you have obtained permission from your parent or legal
guardian to be a member of the Program. Your membership is
non-transferable and is subject to present and future Program rules.
Your membership is valid only at participating Pet Food Express
retail store locations and online at www.petfood.express. Membership
in the Program is voluntary.
The following terms are specific to the Program, and along with Pet
are incorporated herein by reference), together govern participation
in the Program and Pet Food Express’ use of personal
information provided under the Program (collectively, these terms,
"Agreement"). Your consent to the Program is subject to
these terms. In the event and to the extent of any conflict between
terms will govern. Anyone not agreeing with these terms should not
participate in the Program.
The Program is open to California residents of at least 18 years of
age who are employed by or otherwise actively support the daily work
of one of Pet Food Express’ registered community pet-centric
business partners. Pet Food Express is not responsible for verifying
an individual’s status with the business. Pet Food Express
reserves the right to deny membership to an individual or to a group
at any time, for any reason allowed under applicable law.
To enroll in the Program, individuals must verify their eligibility
through and receive a valid membership card from their associated
community pet-centric business. Examples of eligible businesses
include but are not limited to veterinary practice, pet grooming,
pet boarding and home care, and pet exercise and training. Eligible
businesses are responsible for ordering membership cards from Pet
Food Express for their employees; Pet Food Express does not
distribute individual membership cards. If an individual works with
an eligible business and is unsure whether that business
participates in the Program, they should check with the business
directly regarding the Program, or can email the Pet Food Express
team responsible for the Program at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once an individual has received a valid membership card from their
eligible business, they must activate their card online at
www.petfood.express to participate in the Program. To enroll, an
individual must have or create an account on www.petfood.express
with a valid email address, and must register the 10-digit unique
Membership ID found on their valid membership card.
Program members receive a discount of 10% off of food and cat
litter, and 20% off of other items including 20% off of the
self-serve pet wash. Discount is applicable online at
www.petfood.express and in-store.
To receive the discount online, an individual member must be logged
into the account the valid membership card is registered to when
checking out; to receive the discount in-store, the individual
member must show their valid membership card at checkout. Pet Food
Express reserves the right to modify this discount at any time, or
to exclude certain items or categories. Pet Food Express is not
responsible for offering the discount to customers who do not have
their valid membership card with them, regardless of that
individual’s status in the Program.
Pet Professional discounts cannot be combined with other coupons or
offers, including but not limited to sale pricing, Pet Food Express
coupons, or the Buy Three Get The Fourth Free Program. B3G4F is not
available online and some online pricing and availability may vary
from in-store. Discount is not applicable on AutoDelivery orders.
For the purpose of deciding the 10% and 20% discount categories, Pet
Food Express defines “food” as including but not limited
to kibble, canned food, and cooked and raw frozen and shelf-stable
home-prepared offerings; “cat litter” as commercial
substrates marketed for sanitary feline litter box use; and
“other items” as including but not limited to treats,
toys, flea & tick solutions, collars, leashes, training tools,
containment options, beds, home accessories, grooming products,
travel solutions, supplements, first aid and other wellness
products, and apparel. Pet Food Express reserves the right to
reclassify an item as necessary or to exclude it altogether at Pet
Food Express’ discretion and/or the manufacturer’s
General Terms of Program
Membership cards are issued and are valid per individual, not per
household. Limit 1 Program membership per person and email address.
If there is a dispute regarding ownership of the email address used
to enroll in the Program, the owner will be deemed to be the natural
person who is assigned to the submitted email address by the
internet provider, online service provider, or other organization
(e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible
for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the
submitted email address. Member is responsible for providing correct
email address and membership card ID, as well as updating email
address used in the Program should it change.
The Program sends transactional emails related to membership
including but not limited to the following: welcome email; recurring
membership status emails and updates; targeted information based on
partner affiliation; reminder of upcoming membership expiration;
etc. To not receive these transactional emails, you must cancel your
membership. These transactional emails will be in addition to any
brand marketing emails you may otherwise have subscribed to receive.
By enrolling in the Program, you will also be signed up to receive
marketing emails from Pet Food Express. To stop receiving marketing
emails, click on the self-service unsubscribe link found in the
footer of any marketing email, or follow the instructions in the
unsubscribe you from Program-specific transactional emails.
To cancel your membership, please contact the Pet Food Express
department responsible for the Program by email at

You will periodically (not more than once per calendar year) be
asked to renew your membership by providing a confidential code
distributed only to registered eligible businesses. If you are
unable to submit this code in a reasonable period of time, your
membership may be cancelled.
Pet Food Express reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate
the Program or any of its associated terms at any time and in any
manner with or without notice. Any subsequent terms supersede prior
versions. Member’s eligibility for associated discount
in-store and online are forfeited if membership is cancelled,
terminated, or otherwise closed, or upon Program termination.
