About The Manufacturer
As any captain knowns, there is no one more important on a boat than the first mate. And the best first mates are our pets, of course. Michael Florian fished commercially for many years, where he honed a strong work ethic, based on trust and honesty. Michael and his team know that to ensure quality, they need to control their products’ production. That is why FirstMate sources their own ingredients and makes all of their products at their family-owned manufacturing facilities using quality ingredients and enhanced production processes. The result is consistent nutrients between batches, giving quality nutrition to your first mate in every bite.

Transition Instructions:
It takes time to transition your pet to a new food without having digestive upset. Over the course of one to two weeks, you should gradually switch from the old food to the new. Start with a 75% old to 25% new mix, then 50:50, and finally 25:75, until you have switched to your pet's new food entirely.
