Fresh Step Odor Shield Light Weight Scented Cat Litter with Gain Original Scent is light on the arms yet heavy on litter box odor control. One 11.5 lb jug of this lightweight litter equals a 22 lb carton of regular clumping litter* and is easy to lift, carry and pour. Delivering 15 days of odor control, this proprietary litter blend is made with naturally lightweight clay, odor-eliminating carbon, Ammonia Block Technology and paw-activated freshness. This litter is compatible with automatic litter boxes and features motion-activated odor neutralization.

Directions:
- Fill your clean litter box with 3–4 inches of Fresh Step litter. Pour litter no more than a few inches from the box OR keep the carton close to the box when pouring litter.
- Litter quickly forms a clump around liquid waste. Remove clumps and solids daily, and dispose of in trash. Do not flush.
- Add more Fresh Step clumping cat litter to refresh your litter box. Maintain level of litter at 3-4 inches.
Safety Note: Always wash your hands thoroughly after handling used cat litter, as cat feces may contain Toxoplasma gondii—a parasite that can cause toxoplasmosis. Pregnant or nursing women, as well as children and anyone with a weakened immune system, should avoid handling used cat litter. Always handle litter in a ventilated area to avoid inhalation. Keep contents and packaging out of reach of children and pets. Seek medical help in case of accidental ingestion.
