Nulo Freestyle Puppy Turkey, Cod & Sweet Potato Canned Dog Food
Nulo Turkey, Cod, and Sweet Potato Puppy Recipe is a canned dog food featuring high quality turkey and cod as its primary sources of protein. This diet is rich in proteins and healthy vitamins to help fuel your puppy’s growing muscles. Lentils are an excellent source of complex carbohydrates and fiber to aid in healthy digestion. The added salmon oil is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids to help promote healthy skin and coat, and also contains high levels of DHA to support cognitive development, while balanced levels of calcium and phosphorus will help your puppy build strong bones and teeth. This food can be added as a topper for your dog’s favorite kibble or served on its own as a complete meal.
About The Manufacturer
Nulo was founded when Michael Landa noticed an increasing trend of overweight and diabetic cats and dogs, and he set out to find the source of the problem. Michael found that many pet foods were filled with empty calories that came from filler ingredients so he teamed up with animal nutritionists, veterinarians, and food formulators to create recipes with great sources of animal-based proteins that are lower in carbs and use low-glycemic ingredients to promote healthy body condition and stable energy.

It takes time to transition your pet to a new food without having digestive upset. Over the course of one to two weeks, you should gradually switch from the old food to the new. Start with a 75% old to 25% new mix, then 50:50, and finally 25:75, until you have switched to Nulo food entirely.
